Give yourself good habits.

 Learn as much as you can and develop all your skills so you can take care of yourself and protect yourself. Get as much help and advice as you can grom good caring teachers and counselor s if yo are lucky enough to have them. Try to get a book with the title; What Do You Say After You Say Hello by Eric Berne from your local library. It may help you to deal with the very unfortunate dynamic of your family. It won't change your situation, but it might help you deal with it. I wish you healing and the best of luck. For what comfort it may give you, everything passes, even pain.
